Footballlive.ng has learnt that the Super Eagles will return to their camp in Delta State capital, Asaba, on Sunday, some 24 hour after their battle against South Africa in a 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier at FNB Stadium, Johannesburg.
The Eagles expected to get a day’s rest on arrival in Asaba, then return to the training pitch on Monday, as they prepare to tackle Uganda in an international friendly at Stephen Keshi Stadium on Tuesday.
Organizers say tickets for Tuesday’s match are already on sale, as preparations hit feverish point for the first-of-its-kind grade- match in the city, with prices going from N2,000 for VIP and N1,000 regular seats.
A statement from the local organising committee in Asaba disclosed that the tickets’ sales outlets are Ministry of Information headquarters, Delta State Sports Commission office in the stadium, Asaba Mall and Cartege Cinema.
Others are Metagon Pharmacy, Warri Mall, B-Steelz Barbing Saloon, Favourite all in Asaba as well as Rainoil Filling Stations and EXCO Supermarket, Warri.
Fans are advised to enter the stadium through appropriate gates and find their seat numbers as indicated on their tickets.
There will be curtain raiser between ex-international players and a selection of former home-based league stars before main encounter.
The curtain raiser will begin by 2pm, while the international friendly match will kick-off by 4pm.
