Eden Hazard Reveals He Prefers Maurizio Sarri’s Coaching Style To Jose Mourinho

Date:

Eden Hazard has revealed his style of play suits Maurizio Sarri coaching philosophy than that of ex-Blues boss Jose Mourinho.

According to Sky Sport report, Hazard, who was thoroughly criticized by the Italian tactician last month, now claims he fancies some of Sarri’s football ideas.

All the managers I’ve played for have given me something.

“From when I started with Claude Puel at Lille, to now with Maurizio Sarri.

“They all see football in different ways which is why I’m the player I am. They have all given me important advice.

“Jose Mourinho was special, but the way Sarri and Rudi Garcia [former Lille coach] like to play is more like my philosophy of football, but they’ve all given me a lot,”

The Belgium playmaker was quoted as saying to Chelsea’s official website.

Interestingly, after Chelsea’s 6-0 defeat bashing at Man City, Sarri hinted he is under pressure at Stamford Bridge after suffering three league defeats in last four matches..

According to Metro citing UK Sun, Sarri, who arrived Stamford Bridge barely eight months ago with lots of expectations is no longer in the good books of Blues’ board following spate of bad results including Sunday’s 6-0 bashing at Man City, incidentally, Chelsea’s heaviest defeat since 1991.
