Former Golden Eaglets invitee, Ovie Ejaria is set to resume training with Liverpool this week, after abruptly ending his loan at Glasgow Rangers of Scotland.
Footballlive.ng gathered that Liverpool confirmed on Monday that Ejaria that set to return to training with the club after his loan spell with Rangers ended early.
Ejaria moved to Ibrox on a season-long deal in June and he made 28 appearances for the Scottish Premiership side, scoring two goals.
Though 11 of those games came in the Europa League and included a strike against FC Ufa in August, Ejaria’s overall scorecard was not in any way inspiring.
Consequently, following discussions between the two clubs, as well as Ejaria and his family, it has been determined that an early return to The Reds is in the best interests of all parties concerned.
