Moses Ekpai has admitted that he will have to perform well in order to earn a place in Viktoria Plzen’s starting lineup.
The former Akwa United talisman has conjured 24 minutes in two appearances this season for the team he joined from Zlin at the Summer Transfer Window.
However, the skillful player has suggested that he sees competition for a first-team spot as a positive ahead of the Czech top flight fixture with Slavia Prague.
“I came here to play and I am ready to come here and help the team win games,” Ekpai told Footballive.ng.
“In every team there is competition, so if one goes out, the other one has to do the same or even better to keep their place, but the attitude and the spirit in the team is very good, so every player in the team will want to win and want to give everything for the team.”
