Elkanemi Warriors will resume for the 2018/19 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season on Monday 29th October, reports Footballlive.ng.
This was revealed to Footballlive.ng by an insider at the Maiduguri based outfit.
With the NPFL set to kickoff in November 2018, there is need to kick start training and perfect strategies for the Abridged season.
“We have already informed our players of resumption for the new season,” the source told Footballlive.ng.
“The date set out by the management for players to end their break is Sunday 28th October, with training starting a day after.”
“We don’t want to take chances as we regroup for the next campaign. We want to start early and perform at a very high level.”
