Nigerian International, Emmanuel Maviram has completed a move to Portuguese club CD Tondela.
The 23-year-old left-back signed a two-year contract after transferring from another Portuguese team, FC Vilaverdense.
Maviram has been actively playing in Portugal since 2019. He is delighted over the move.
“Thank you very much, Tondela, for this opportunity and for placing your trust in me,” the defender told the club’s official website.
Emmanuel Maviram spoke on his dual role on the field, stating, “I’m a full-back, so my priority is to defend, I have to focus on closing down the ball well. But that’s not all, I also attack and support the team going forward. Above all, I’m available to the team.”
