Former Lille Metropole of France goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama has received a strong tip that he could be on his way to joining AJ Auxerre as a free agent.
Reports out of France indicate that Enyeama is set to stay put in the country and link forces with the the modest club that shot Nigerian legend, Taribo West to limelight back in the days.
This comes after Lille on Friday announced that they had released Enyeama who last featured for Lille on April 15, 2017, before he sustains an injury after making 168 appearances for the club.
The former Akwa United of Uoy and Enyimba of Aba goalie is Nigeria’s most capped player of all time with 101 appearances for the three-time African champions, from which he retired in 2017.
