Lobi Stars head coach, Eugene Agagbe, has praised his team’s resilience following their victory over Katsina United in matchday 23.
Agagbe emphasized the importance of his players’ determination in achieving the team’s goals for the season.
The Pride of Benue secured a 2-0 win against the Chanji Boys at the Lafia City Stadium, with goals from John Victor and Alao Danbani.
In a post-match interview, Agagbe expressed gratitude to his players, acknowledging their strong character and desire to win the league.
He remarked, “I thank my players. They have shown strong character that they want to win the league… What they have exhibited against Katsina United is an indication that they want to go somewhere, and by the special grace of God, we shall continue to fight.”
