Central defender Stephen Eze has reflected on Lokomotiv Plovdiv’s recent collapse in the last two games and insists that the team will not repeat their mistakes again.
Plovdiv have picked just one point from their last two games in the Bulgarian Professional League.
They face Levski Sofia on September 16.
“Obviously the Coach is angry, and we all agreed with him,” Eze told Footballlive.ng.
“Here we are all together, we are saying that it is behind us and we must ensure that it doesn’t happen again.
“We have to learn from these mistakes. We played two below average games and we know it. If we are to blame then we have to assume responsibility.
“It was a hard blow for us, but from the outside the results can be a little misleading. They were in a tight situation and we knew that we had to handle it better than we eventually did.
However, the defender is insistent that the club are not dwelling on the defeat, with the game against league leaders Levski Sofia coming up soon.
“We are already thinking towards Levski Sofia, to take something positive at home would be good.”
