Flying Eagles qualify for 2019 U20 AFCON

Great performance from the Nigeria Flying Eagles which was all started via an early strike from Enyimba Attacker, Wasiu Alalade and rounded up by the only foreign based player in the team, IK Start Midfielder, Afeez Aremu.

“The introduction of Afeez Aremu in the team paid off as he brought the much needed stability to the midfield and I was impressed with his overall performance.”

Head Coach of the team, Paul Aigbogun  expressed his delight in the result saying, “It was a sweet victory for us. The boys actually heed to the instructions by scoring early goals which subdued our opponents.”

The Enyimba International of Aba Head Coach concluded by stating his believe that the overall performance of the lads was exceptional against Mauritania
