Former Flying Eagles defender John Lazarus who is presently plying his trade with pride of Benue Lobi stars Fc of Markudi has been invited for trials at a Romanian elite club AFC Dunarea 2005 Calarasi.
Lazarus is expected to commence his trials from January 7 to January 15 as stated in the invitation.
It could be recalled that the the former El-kanemi warriors player previously tried his luck in Portugal and Italy.
Lazarus was outstanding in performance as Nigeria won a record fifth FIFA U17 World Cup four years ago in Chile.
It known that the Romanian club Calarasi are battling to stay up in relegation playoffs.
