Former Rangers International Striker, Razak Adegbite And Two Other Nigerians 90 Minutes Away From Becoming Angolan League Champion

Former Ranger Int’l striker Rasak Adegbite and other two Nigerians who currently play for CD Primeiro De Agosto in the Angolan Top League as set for the podium to be crowned Champions if they can secure a win in the team’s last league match at home to Quharo Lobango FC.

Speaking to www.footballlive.ng, the Striker said, “We can’t wait to be crowned the champions of the league as we have worked so hard to be where we are.”

On the sort of emotions he is feeling after being able to come this close to the trophy, Rasak said, “It is a special feeling for me because it is my first time of being close to winning the league with CD Primeiro De Agosto but anything short of a win on Sunday kills my dreams so we can’t afford to let our fans down.”

The former Sunshine Star of Akure Striker, concluded by saying he and his colleagues would not have enough time to celebrate as there attention would switch Immediately after the match to their CAF Champions League Quaterfinal and the team is focused on winning a double this season.
