Super Falcons forward, Francisca Ordega was voted woman of the match in the on going AWCON following her impressive display in the side’s 4-0 win against the Shepolopolo of Zambia yesterday .
The 25 years old forward , provided the assist for the team’s opening goal scored by Desire Oparanozie and netted the second goal.
Ordega who is on loan at Spanish Primera Division club, Atlético Madrid from Washington Spirit FC produced a spectacular and flawless performance in the game yesterday.
Ordega is the first Super Falcons player to pick the award in the competition at the 2018 Africa Women’s Nations Cup.
It could be recalled that the former Sydney FC loanee was part of the Super Falcons team that won the AWCON title in 2010 and 2014
The former Rivers Angels star has so far capped 27 times by Nigeria and scored seven times.
