Galatasaray head coach, Okan Buruk has commended Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen for impact on the team, with the forward yet register a goal for the club.
Since joining the Turkish Super Lig champions, the 25-year-old has registered three assists in three appearances.
Buruk stated that Victor Osimhen is not solely focused on scoring goals but rather contributing to the overall play.
“Victor Osimhen’s game is very important. Not everything is about scoring goals. You score goals but you lose the game.”
“When he sees the net, he passes the ball to the closest player. If he focused only on scoring goals, it could be different.”
“He fights a lot during the game. He suits us very well as a player and a person. It is very valuable to have him with us.”
