Galatasaray has reignited their interest in Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi, who has just a few months left on his contract with Sky Bet Championship leaders Leicester City.
The Foxes are yet to commence talks with Ndidi and his compatriot Kelechi Iheanacho, both of whom will be free agents at the end of the season.
Manager Enzo Maresca has indicated that contract discussions will begin post-promotion to the Premier League. However, Galatasaray aims to entice Ndidi with Champions League football in Turkey.
Previously linked with Bayern Munich, Sevilla, and Nottingham Forest, the 27-year-old joined Leicester from KRC Genk in 2017 and has since amassed over 260 appearances, contributing 15 goals and 18 assists while clinching the English FA Cup and Community Shield with the Foxes.
