“I Feel the Energy”! Mammoth Riyadh Crowd welcomes Ahmed Musa

Date:

Riyadh stood still on Friday for the arrival of Al Nassr’s new signing, Ahmed Musa, who flew into the Kingdom for the start of a new path to his football career.

The Nigeria international, who joined the Saudi Arabia Premier League side on a four-year deal from Leicester City, said of the crowd: “I can feel the excitement and energy already”.

Musa touched down at the King Khaled Int’l Airport to cheers from fans waving the club’s famous Yellow and Blue colors.

The crowd overran the arrival wing of the Airport and swarmed the player, who looked genuinely shocked at the mammoth crowd braving the cold to see their next super star.

Al Nassr are believed to have paid in excess of £25m plus add ons for the services of Nigeria’s 2018 World Cup standout player.
