I salute the doggedness of my players – Uche Okagbue

The newly appointed head coach of FC Ifeanyi Ubah attributed the first away point to the doggedness and fighting spirit of his wards,www.footballive.ng reports

He said: “they fought like a team ready to pick a point, and they did that in a grand style”
“I am happy for them, and am happy for the team, it’s a good one for us, it’s a good beginning for me as far as the NPFL is concern”.
“I’m not new in coaching, am sure some people do not know I’ve coached Remo Stars, I was the one who promoted them to the elite league, I’ve coached teams in Kano, and I’ve coached Remo Stars so I am not new in coaching, I assured coach Ladan Bosso last season and the opportunity beckoned on my door to be the head coach and now people can know Uche Okagbue better”.
“I was an ex international, I played for Nigeria, I captained Nigeria during my playing days so I have quite a good knowledge of the game” Uche Okagbue the head coach of FC Ifeanyi Ubah concluded.
