First generation of Super Falcons to play in the World Cup, first Nigerian Athlete to win a Summer Olympic Games gold medal and a Police Officer, Chioma Ajunwa MON just added another feather to her royally cap.
Ajunwa recently bagged an honorary Doctorate Degree at a University in Abia State.
Ajunwa, who brought Nigeria fame with her goal medal winning jump at the 1996 Summer Olympic Games Women’s Long jump event, has been an inspiration to many.
The 47-year-old is proving you can do it all if you put your heart to it. Along with her commitment in the Nigeria Police Force, where she currently serves as an Assistant Commissioner of Police, the former Athlete went back to school for a doctorate.
