Changchun Yatai of China striker, Odion Jude Ighalo has stepped up his efforts to get back from injury, as he has now entered day five of his recovery process.
Although the season has ended in the Chinese Super League, Ighalo is not lying idle on holiday, as footballlive.ng gathered he is keen to start the new year in good health.
There is also a small hint that the former Julius Berger FC of Lagos, Lyn Oslo of Norway, Udinese of Italy, Granada of Spain and Watford of England striker could be on the look out for a new club in the Janury transfer window.
Although the Ajegunle, Lagos-born attacker had initially stated that he would not mind joining Yatai in the Chinese second division, sources close to the star say that was a ruse.
Consequently, Ighalo might have now opted to step up his recovery process, in order not to fail any medical tests that could come up in his hunt for anew club next month.
He took to social media to reveal his efforts, coupled with a photo shot of his lower body in some strenuous activity.
Ighalo stated in his post: “Recovery Process Day 5❤️ #Ighalo #Nigeria #China #SuperEagles #Football #ItMustEndInPraise.”
