Iorfa Jnr Ends Loan Spell With Ipswich Town

Date:

Fast-rising Nigerian-born defender, Dominic Iorfa Jnr has come to the end of his season-long loan term at Ipswich Town, and is heading back to his parent club, Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The report out of England reveals that Nigerian ex-international, Dominic Iorfa Snr’s son has left Ipswich at the expiration of his loan spell to return to Wolves, where he started his professional in 2013, before moving on loan to Shrewsbury Town in 2014.

The 22-year-old defender, who was born in England, made 19 appearances for Ipswich and had a goal to his name, which he believes was a good score card for him.

“Massive thanks to everyone at Ipswich Town. Really enjoyed my time at the club and I wish everyone the best in the future,” posted the lad, who prefers to play for England at full national team level.
