Watford of England striker, Isaac Success has been cited as The Hornets’ biggest impact player up front, who will get off the bench in any match to help them keep heat on their opponents.
This verdict has come from Watford captain, Troy Deeney, who said he is happy with the boost Success always provides him and Andre Gray in the club’s front line, as the former Granada of Spain striker is a reliable substitute that always complements the attack.
Deeney’s verdict comes few days after Watford’s boss, Javi Garcia praised Success for contributing a goal as they beat Reading 2-0 in a Carabao Cup fixture played on August 29.
Success scored his first goal of the season in the 36th minute to give Watford the lead at the Madjeski Stadium.
Watford scored their second through a powerful shot by Domingos Quina in the 62nd minute as they held on to progress to the next round of the competition.
The game marked Success first start for the Hornets since 2016, and he scored his first goal for the club since 2017 as he was sent on loan to Spanish side Malaga during the winter transfer window, and Garcia said he was impressed with the star’s work ethic.
