2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup winner, Kingsley Micheal has expressed his delight to have concluded a loan move to Serie B giant, Perugia who boast the legendary defender, Alessandro Nesta as its manager as he looks to secure valuable first team match experience under his belt.
Speaking to www.footballlive.ng following the successful transfer, Kingsley ‘Kaka Trigger’ Micheal said, “Perugia are a team with very good players and great history. It means a lot to be given the opportunity to wear the jersey, represent the club and I hope we achieve great things together this season. I am really excited about what this season holds.”
He went further to describe it as a step in the right direction for his career as he had a better chance of gaining valuable first team experience and also showcase what he is made of.
The Midfielder who enjoyed the pre-season with Bologna under the stewardship of another great AC Milan player, Felipo Inzaghi would be looking to further improve his knowledge of the game and develop as a player at Perugia under the leadership of another Legend in the form of Nesta.
