Former player of U 17 spoke with www.footballlive.ng immediately after he visited the motherless baby said, i decided to do this to the less privileged, because i knew how i grew up, i was not born with a silver spoon, i fought hard as a young boy growing up to put my best in football in other to earn a living which eventually is paying up.
Regarding my performance in my club i don’t have an option than to give my best as a foreign import , that is the only way to remain relevant in the club.
I am glad i had an impressive season in Perugia . For me winning the man of the match in some of our league matches keep me going as a player.
I want to do more and i want to improve more in my game , i am so happy for my team mates too in U-17 who are presently doing well in Europe the likes of Samuel Chukwueze, Orji Okronkwo who happen to be in the same club with me in Italy , Victor Osimeh, Kelechi Nwakali and hosts of others.
I honestly think the exploit of my team mates in Europe can be traced back to the right attitudes and mentality instilled in us during our U-17 days by Coach Emmanuel Amunike and other technical crew.
I am so proud of them to be honest with you, the light skinned player concluded.
