Torino of Italy midfielder, Joel Chukwuma Obi has predicted a tough game for his side against Serie A rivals, Udinese, as he believes it would be a decider of placements on the table.
Making permutations ahead of Sunday’s clash at Stadio Olimpico Grande in Turin, the 26-year-old Obi, who has 15 appearances in the Serie A this term, with four goals and two assists, says it will be a decisive battle at home, which his team just have to win.
Ahead of the match day 24 fixture, the two clubs are level on 33 points from the same number of games and have the same goal difference but the visitors are ahead in the ranking because they have scored more goals.
”Surely the match against Udinese is the most important for us now. We have the same points in the standings and we must try to win this game too if we want to continue our journey towards the goal.
”They are in good shape, they play football well. We must be good and be careful. Now we should try to win as much as possible, starting with this match against Udinese,” Obi said.
