Al-Ahly of Egypt striker, Junior Oluwafemi Ajayi is still relishing his brace of goals in the club’s last match, but declared that he will not relax, as he wants to work harder in order to keep helping his side win matches.
Ajayi thanked God and the club’s fans for making his form with the Cairo-based side possible, and the former youth international believes such support will help the team gain more victories.
Ajayi took to social media to reveal he is thrilled to have scored a brace for Al Ahly in their Egypt Premier League win against Al Mokawloon Al Arab on Monday.
Al Ahly won the contest 5-2 with Wahid Azarou also grabbing a brace in the game, while Islam Mohareb was also on target for the Egyptian giants.
Ajayi has now scored seven goals in 19 league appearances so far this season, to help Ahly maintain their lead in the league table on 60 points.
The former African champions will face Alassiouty in their next league fixture on Friday, ahead of which the former 36 Lion FC of Lagos and Shooting Stars of Ibadan attacker says he hopes to set more marks with the team.
