Philip Azango has arrived Belgium and he is now undergoing a routine medical after which he will be expected to sign for KAA Gent if everything goes according to plan.
Hetnieuwsblad reported the arrival of Azango for a medical.
The 21-year-old left winger has impressed at Slovak club AS Trencin, the same club where Gent acquired Moses Simon and Samuel Kalu.
Azango will also be expected to replace Simon Moses who has since joined La Liga side, Levante.
The former Plateau United and Nasarawa United star is a racy winger and also weighs in with his fair share of goals.
It will now be a race against time for Azango to sign as the transfer deadline is till midnight today.
