Kabuga: We will improve

Date:

Wikki Tourists are hovering dangerously close to the relegation zone but striker Nafiu Kabuga is sure they will recover their form soon.

The Giant Elephants are 14th in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) table with 29 points from 24 games.
“It is clear that our form is costing us more than we all expected, but we are working and we will rise to the occasion,” the former Kano Pillars striker commented in conversation with Footballlive.ng.
“We have played 24 games. The team has to prove we are better than what we have done so far, and we will certainly do that on Wednesday.”
“Teams below us want to come up and we know what that means. It is very paramount we pick as many points as possible,” he added.
Bala Nikiyu’s troops take on FC Ifeanyi Ubah at the Fortress on Wednesday.
