Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho has arrived in Spain to finalize his move to LaLiga club Sevilla, according to reports.
The 27-year-old is set to undergo a routine medical before signing a two-year contract with the Rojiblancos.
Iheanacho spent seven years at Leicester City, where he won the FA Cup during the 2020/21 season. Notably, he scored the winning goal against Manchester City to help Leicester win the Community Shield the following season.
After his contract with Leicester City expired last month, Kelechi Iheanacho will now embark on a new chapter in his career with Sevilla, joining his international teammate, Chidera Ejuke at the club, who also signed with the club on a free transfer.
The Spanish club is undergoing reorganization following a disappointing 14th-place finish last season.
