Kwara United will begin their preparation for the next NPFL season with a close camp in Abuja which will commence on Monday, November 5.
Abubakar Bala who is the handler of the team confirmed that the camping exercise will be based on fitness, tactics and team work.
Bala also made it clear that the exercise will give room for the integration of the newly recruited players who will wear the jersey of the Ilorin based club next season.
The ex Tornadoes gaffer added that Kwara United will tackle some Abuja based clubs as part of their preparation for the coming NPFL season.
After the close camping, United will leave Abuja for Ekiti where they will participate in the sixth edition of the Gold Cup championship.
Kwara United have been drawn in Group A where they will face Cynosure FC, Kano Pillars, Phoenix and Remo Stars.
Meanwhile, close to eight NPFL players are currently on trial at Kwara United, and some of them are Solomon Owello from Niger Tornadoes, Yusuf Mohamed from Kano Pillars, Sunday Emmanuel from Sunshine Stars and Buhari Jafar from Nasarawa United.
Chairman of the club, Prince Oladimeji Thompson has however enjoined the technical crew to make superb recruitments that will fight for honors in the coming season.
