Henry Onyekuru says the Super Eagles will give their best for the gaffer, Gernot Rohr, in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches against Libya.
Ahead of this weekend’s first-leg clash against the Mediterranean Knights, Onyekuru said the Eagles understand what the Coach expects of them over two-legs of the qualifiers and believes they will give nothing less.
Nigeria hosts Libya in the first-leg of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations this weekend and three days later face the North Africans in Tunisia, as the Eagles bid to end their AFCON hiatus.
” We know what the Coach wants from us; which is to give our very best against Libya, that is exactly what we intend to do in both games.
“We will work very hard to win and make our Nation proud,” Onyekuru stated.
