Ligue 1 club Lille have reportedly agreed to sign Nigerian talent Adeshina Ibrahim Ayodele from Beyond Limits Academy.
According to reports, Lille secured the deal amidst interest from Belgian club Anderlecht and an unnamed Dutch club.
Ayodele joins the ranks of Nigerians who have played for Lille, following in the footsteps of Victor Osimhen, Vincent Enyeama, and Osaze Odemwingie.
The young midfielder was a key player in Beyond Limits Academy’s success, helping them win the Nigeria National League (NNL) play-offs and secure promotion to the Nigerian Premier Football League (NPFL).
The 18-year old contributed to the team, scoring five goals and providing an assist.
Ibrahim Ayodele was also part of the Beyond Limits team that made history by becoming the first African team to win the Viareggio Cup in Italy.
