Maduka Okoye Reflects on Udinese’s 3-0 Defeat to AS Roma

Super Eagles and Udinese goalkeeper Maduka Okoye suffered his first loss of the season as Udinese fell 3-0 to AS Roma in their Serie A clash on Sunday.

Okoye’s solid form was tested,but Roma proved too strong, securing victory with goals from Artem Dovbyk, Paulo Dybala, and Tommaso Baldanzi.

Maduka Okoye shared Roma’s strength and why Udinese’s struggled in key areas.

“We started the season well, but today was a difficult match.”

“We played against a great team like Roma. We didn’t do enough, we were slow in moving and communicating.”

“We are disappointed, but we need to look ahead immediately. Salernitana and Inter are two great opportunities. We have to stay focused.”

Udinese remains third in Serie A with 10 points, topping Juventus and reigning champions Inter Milan.
