Defender Seun Sogbeso has urged his Sunshine Stars teammates to ‘remain a brave team’ as they look for a first ever away win against MFM FC in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), reports Footballlive.ng.
The Akure based outfit head out to Lagos to face the Olukoya Boys in the week 10 of the 2018/19 NPFL on Wednesday.
“At the Agege Stadium points will be hard to come by because, amongst other things, they have not lost at home, but we are going there to compete and look for the victory. It would be nice to win away to MFM FC for the first time.
“We are very good and very strong. We are optimistic and thinking about the game on Wednesday.
“These are three important points and that we have never won there is an extra motivation.
“MFM FC at home will put you under pressure throughout the game. Moreover, they are a good team that exploits the wings and set-pieces well.
“Whilst the opponent is difficult, we really want to win the game. We all know of the opponent and we will have to play our game, as we always do, we will not change the way we play, we must remain a brave team.”
