Chelsea winger, Victor Moses is bound to face a different level of rivalry at The Blues in January, as the London club are considering moving for Eden Hazard’s second younger brother.
Moss, who got a rare spot for Chelsea in Saturday’s 1-1 draw against Liverpool, has found the going tough at Stamford Bridge since the arrival of Maurizio Sarri in the saddle, with the Italian gaffer preferring several other players ahead of him.
Alarmingly, footballlive.ng gathered that an additional rival is bound to b added to the haul against Moses, as Chelsea have reportedly joined the race to sign Ethan Hazard, who is the younger brother of The Blues’ current best player, Eden.
Chelsea are exploring the possibility of bringing the youngster to Stamford Bridge, where he would join up with Eden and another of his brothers, Kylian Hazard.
Twenty-three-year-old Kylian is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Blues and is currently on loan at Cercle Brugge in his home country of Belgium.
Thorgan Hazard also spent five years as a Chelsea player earlier in his career, but he too failed to make a single appearance with Eden the only brother to have so far made the grade.
Eden, who is the eldest of the four, has begun the season in blistering form for Chelsea, scoring seven goals, which puts him well ahead of Moses in the pecking order of wingers at The Blues.
Moses is now bound to face pressure from an incoming Hazard as well, considering that Ethan currently plays for AFC Tubize of Belgium, but he has been linked with a number of renowned clubs as he bids to follow in the footsteps of his brothers.
