Leicester City and Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi insists the Foxes have recovered from their disappointing 4-2 defeat to Bournemouth last time out. Speaking to footballive.ng, he said “I think it is now behind us. Of course at the end of the game there was a lot of disappointment. We wasted good play, it was a good first but we conceded goals too easily.
“It was frustrating but now it is behind us and we want to have a good response in our next game.”
Leicester host Huddersfield on Saturday and Ndidi has called on his team mates to repay their fans after a disappointing result last weekend.
He added: “I don’t know if it is the perfect game for us. I want a good performance from my team.
“We need a good response for us but also for the fans. They came to watch us away from home, a lot of fans, they deserve better results from us.”
