Former General Secretary of the then Nigeria Football Association Tijani Yusuf has stated that he is looking forward to what the outcome of today’s NFF elections will throw up.
The NFF election will take place on Thursday in Katsina.
Yusuf says he hopes for the best and will want peace to return to football governance in Nigeria.
“Election beings about interesting and suspense filled moments,” he began in a chat with Footballlive.ng.
“I can’t wait for the final outcome of the whole process. I want the best to win the various positions at stake.”
“Peace is what the stakeholders crave for. I want peace to return to the Football Family in Nigeria. We are one and will continue to be one.”
