Mipo Odubeko and Deji Sotona were on target as Manchester United U16s humbled Slovakian opponents FK Poprad 5-0 on Monday, February 18 in a friendly.
The Red Devils had traveled to Slovakia for a training camp and completed the get-together with a test game against FK Poprad, whose main team play in the second-tier of Slovak football.
The friendly was played in Tatranská Lomnica and lasted 75 minutes, with 25 minutes duration for each half.
Manchester United’s other scorers were Kobbie Mainoo, Omari Forson and Manni Norkett.
Shola Shoretire was not in the traveling party to Slovakia as he was on England U15 duties when they left for the training camp.
Both Odubeko and Sotona have represented Republic of Ireland youth teams but Nigeria is still an option until they play competitively for The Boys in Green.
