No Show for Victor Moses in Chelsea’s 3-2 win vs Arsenal

Date:

Victor Moses sat for the entire duration as Chelsea put in a fine display to break a spirited Arsenal team in their first premier league, London derby on Saturday at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea lead by 2-0 inside twenty minutes, but were pegged after Henrikh Mkhitaryan (37′) and Alex Iwobi (47′) helped the visitors fight back to draw level before the break.

Moses, who is in the sixth year with Chelsea, looks like he will get less playing time and first XI role in top games at the club.

In the last two seasons, the Nigerian was an integral part of former Manager, Antonio Conte’s set-up.

So far, Moses has not been handed a starting berth in two consecutive league games, although he was available for selection.
