NPFL: Abubakar Bala ‘very satisfied’ after win

Date:

Kwara United boss Abubakar Bala was left ‘very satisfied’ with his side after they defeated Wikki Tourists 1-0 on Sunday.

A first half goal from Segun Alebiosu was enough to give the Harmony Boys their second win of the campaign and take them up to 6th in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) Group A table.

“I am very satisfied with this,” he told Footballlive.ng. “I thought we were superior in the first half and perhaps could have scored more than one goal.

“In the second we had to do other types of work. The fear of losing made us more cautious, but I have to commend my players.

“I’m happy for the players, the club and the fans – we are indebted to them.”
