NPFL: Enough Security for Shooting Stars vs. Rangers Clash

The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has instructed Shooting Stars to implement additional security and crowd control measures ahead of their upcoming match against Rangers.

This directive aims to prevent a recurrence of the fan trouble that disrupted Rangers’ previous game against Enyimba.

The NPFL issued the mandate to Shooting Stars on Tuesday, emphasizing the importance of maintaining order at the Lekan Salami Stadium in Ibadan.

“NPFL24 has mandated 3SC to ensure extra security & crowd control measures at their Lekan Salami Stadium home ground in Ibadan for Wednesday’s match vs Rangers,” the NPFL stated.

The Oluyole Warriors, are set to face Rangers at the Lekan Salami Stadium on Wednesday.

Currently, Shooting Stars hold fourth place on the league table with 57 points from 35 games.
