Michael Ohanu has reflected on how ‘a number of things’ are responsible for MFM FC’s current run of form.
The Olukoya Boys have been impressive in the 2018/19 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season, having now won five of their opening seven games to stay on top of the Group B log with 15 points.
“The momentum is down to a number of things,” Ohanu has considered in conversation this week with Footballlive.ng.
“The technical crew have instilled a philosophy of play and I think we have never lost that spirit.
“The thing now is to continue, for now we are on a good run of form and I hope that we can maintain it for a long time.
“It is a joy to walk down the street and people shout ‘MFM FC!’, to see kids smiling.
“At the end of the day, we work to push forward and for everything, so as to make the fans happy.
“If this sport was not one to bring enjoyment, then it would not be a beautiful game.”
