NPFL: Kano Pillars Camp In Abuja Ahead Of New Season

Kano Pillars have set up camp in Abuja of the 2018/2019 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season, reports Footballlive.ng.

The players and officials of Masu Gida, Footballlive.ng learnt, arrived at the base from Kano at the weekend.

The Kano-based outfit are yet to name a new head coach after failing to renew the contract of their former coach, Ibrahim Musa.

Interim coach of the side, Kabiru Baleria will take charge of the team until the appointment of a new head coach.

Pillars lost 4-3 on penalties to Enugu Rangers in the Aiteo Cup final after the game ended 3-3 at regulation time.
