NPFL: Kwara United not scared of Niger Tornadoes – Akinmoladun

Date:

Kwara United central defender Sunday Akinmoladun has claimed that his side will be ‘fearless’ when they face Niger Tornadoes in the week 10 of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), reports Footballlive.ng.

The Harmony Boys host the Minna based club at the Kwara Stadium Complex on Wednesday, and the defender has insisted that his team have to play to win if they are to beat Hamza Abara’s side.

“They are a good team that are having a great season,” he told Footballlive.ng. “We’re going to be facing a strong opponent, but we have to approach it like any other.

“We’ll be trying our best to win the match. We have to face them without fear. If we defend well and take our opportunities, who knows?

“We’re doing quite well at home, but we want to keep on winning to keep the fans happy.”
