Willem II Tilburg of Holland striker, Bartholomew Ogbeche says he is happy to continue his goals scoring form with The Tricolores, as he struck an equaliser in their 2-2 Dutch Cup quarter-final draw with JC Roda Kerkrade.
The 33-year-old former Super Eagles striker was all smiles, after he pulled Willem level in the 39th minute of the game on Thursday evening, following Simon Gustafson’s penalty kick that gave the visitors the lead.
Though Willem II could only settle for a draw, the former PSG of France, Middlesbrough of England and Cadiz of Spain hitman was glad to net his ninth in all competitions for the club this season.
It is a tally which confirms Ogbeche is enjoying one of the most productive campaigns of his career, which has seen him dubbed a ‘journey man striker.’
Ogbeche will aim for greater impact when Willem II meet either of Feyenoord, AZ Alkmaar or FC Twente in the semi-finals of the competition.
