Oghenekaro Etebo needs goal-talisman

Date:

Oghenekaro Etebo’s long wait for his first goal in England continues as Stoke City were forced to a goalless result against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

Etebo saw 75 minutes of action in what was his 13th league appearance for the Potters this season.

The Nigeria International, who recently returned from a three match injury lay-off, is being eased back, gradually, into action by Stoke Boss Gary Rowett.

Saturday’s result leaves Stoke City in 14th position in the table after 17 matches, but just 6 points adrift of the play-off spot.
