Ogunmodede Backs Eguavoen: Super Eagles Focused on Winning to Lift Nigerian Spirits

Remo Stars head coach and Super Eagles assistant coach, Daniel Ogunmodede, has echoed the sentiments of head coach Austin Eguavoen, emphasizing the team’s commitment to making Nigerians smile again through victory.

Ogunmodede stressed that the Super Eagles are determined to bring joy to the nation by focusing solely on winning in their upcoming games. He highlighted the importance of giving fans something to cheer about, particularly in the challenging times the country is facing.

“Because of the foundation laid by the head coach, we are committed to making Nigerians happy. As Coach Eguavoen told the players, Nigerians are in a difficult situation now, and one way to bring them happiness is by winning. Anything short of that is not acceptable to us. We want to win and make people happy,” Ogunmodede stated.
