Victor Olatunji scored as Sparta Praha continued their perfect start to the Czech league, with a 4-1 win against Teplice.
The first half saw a lot of missed chances as both teams had a combined 12 goal attempts, failing to convert any of them.
The second half came to life immediately as Sparta scored through Martin Vitik scored in the 47th minute to kickstart the scoring. The home side equalized on the hour mark, via Jaroslav Harustak, assisted by Mohammed Yasser.
Lukas Haraslin scored for Sparta immediately in the 61st minute, converting Jan Kuchta’s assist.
Victor Olatunji came off the bench in the 75th minute, and the Nigerian scored in the first minute of stoppages to claim the points for his side, scoring his second goal in two league games this term. Ermal Krasniqi scored again in the 93rd minute to complete the goalscoring, as Sparta ran out 4-1 winners.
Sparta are currently top of the Czech league, winning their opening two games of the season. They also hold a 2-0 lead over Shamrock Rovers in the UEFA Champions League qualifying series, with the second leg set for 30th of July.
