Kasimpasa of Turkey defender, Kenneth Omeruo on Tuesday solemnized his nuptial relationship with Miss Jennifer Chioma Nnamani at a modest ceremony at Kemer Botanik Park in Istanbul, Turkey.
The solemnisation of Holy Matrimony between Omeruo and Jennifer came after they had their traditional wedding last December in Enugu, and capped a success season on a high for the Super Eagles star, who is on loan from Chelsea of England.
Omeruo had a super season with Kasimpasa after a troubled summer, and the former Middlesborough of England defence trojan has been named in the Eagles’ provisional list.
Omeruo’s name is among 30 players named in the roster released by Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr on Monday even as he hopes to break into the starting 11 of the three-time African Champions at the World Cup.
Omeruo also confirmed that he has made his return to Chelsea, after announcing his departure from Turkish club Kasımpaşa on Tuesday, May 15.
The versatile central defender returned for a second loan spell with Kasımpaşa in August 2017 and ended the season with 28 league appearances, scoring one goal against Konyaspor.
Omeruo’s decision to return to the Apaches has proved to be the right one as he has earned a spot on Nigeria’s preliminary World Cup roster after he was omitted from the Super Eagles squad for their first game of the 2017-2018 campaign against Cameroon as a result of his inactivity for Chelsea’s first team during pre-season training.
He stated: ”I want to say a big thanks to players, staffs, and management of Kasimpasa sk for believing in my abilities as a player.
“(I also thank) the coach for helping me achieve my personal goal this season. I am grateful and wish this amazing club a much better position next season.. ❤.”
