Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen is stunned at his Puskas-Worthy goal in Galatasaray’s 3-0 victory over Antalyaspor in the Turkish Super Lig on Saturday.
After being sidelined for three weeks due to injury, Osimhen returned to action as a substitute in the 70th minute when Galatasaray was already leading 2-0.
Just minutes later, he found the net, but the goal was disallowed.
However, in stoppage time, the Nigerian star delivered an acrobatic scissors-kick, sealing a commanding win for his team.
Reflecting on the goal, Osimhen said, “I’ve been wanting to score this type of goal for a long time. It came at the right time. It’s good, it’s amazing, it was ridiculous.”
The 25-year-old striker will be aiming to maintain his form to help Galatasaray this season as promised.
