The Plateau United Captain Golbe Elijah expressed his take on the friendly game played today against Kwara United which ended in a 1-1 draw
Speaking Exclusively with www.footballlive.ng he said: “It was a very good match, our team just came into town a day before yesterday, we are giving out our best, the match today was a very good match because it was a grade A match and we gave out our best just that the goals were not forthcoming, but we gave the best we were suppose to”
Assessing the opponent, he said: “they are a good side, since from the preparation of the preseason they played a lot of competitions, the gold cup and other games as well. Meanwhile, my team has been in Jos for long since after the season we haven’t played any competition but I thank God for the match today, we were able to give our best in the match, they are good too”
Golbe, congratulated Coach Bros on his new bouncing baby he said: “it is a joyous moment for the family and also for the team, because since his marriage they don’t have any issue (a child) but we thank God for today, so we celebrate with him and we are congratulating for the new born baby, its also our prayer that God guides the new baby and provide for the family in Jesus name”
